My sister posted a thing about how time flies a couple of weeks ago. Here's my version:
A month ago, there were only two of us living in this house.
A year ago, we were a week away from being married.
Two years ago, we were preparing to move back to San Antonio.
Five years ago, we were preparing to move to Oak Park.
Ten years ago, I was preparing to move to San Antonio to do my student teaching.
Can someone please slow down this crazy train?

ReplyDeleteYour daughter is beautiful! I am happy to see more pictures of little Rachel, and look forward to meeting her in person. I learned of her glorious entrance while I was away in California. I was in the middle of a training when I saw Scott's call come through. I went straight to Laleblog to see what I expected was news of a birth. He didn't let me down!
It sounds like you're busy with her care but still have time to reflect on how someone so small and precious can change your life forever. I'm happy for both of you and send little blessings for Rachel!
